Dear Patricia Godziszewski

I would like to write to you and share a few facts. First thing is some clarification of what a Jihadist is.

Definition of JIHADIST

: a Muslim who advocates or participates in a jihad

Full Definition of JIHAD

1: a holy war waged on behalf of Islam as a religious duty; also : a personal struggle in devotion to Islam especially involving spiritual discipline
2: a crusade for a principle or belief

Both taken from Merriam-Webster

I understand you may have been using the last piece of that definition, (A crusade for a principle or belief) but the lack of taste in the choice of words you used says a lot about your character. You are ignorant to the intricacies of respect, and should be ashamed of yourself for your choice of words. You lessened the sacrifice made by people who have given their lives in defense of their country, and compared community members to those who took their lives. You showed your true colors Patricia Godziszewski yet again, and you owe thousands of community members, family, and friends an apology for your sincere ignorance, and conscientious stupidity.

Now I want to take a moment to share some of the over 7000 names of people who were killed by actual “Jihadists”. Each and every one of the names below, and the thousands not listed are ten times the person you are Patricia Godziszewski.

I encourage all of my readers to take some time and read a few of the details listed below. They were killed in both Afgahnistan, and Iraq. We can not, and will not ever forget their sacrifice, and we will not let the ignorant attempt to do the same.

His unit had been ambushed and Abbate exposed himself to enemy fire to direct his squad’s return fire, gave first aid to several casualties, coordinated the medical evacuation and then led a counterattack to clear enemy fighters from the area so a helicopter could evacuate the wounded.
